Can Trash Scan be used without the QR Codes?
Yes, we have multiple features within the mobile app to capture services and violations that do not require implementation of QR Code labels.
Who has to setup the new properties?
The Trash Scan team is able to assist with setup of the property upon request.
What training is available?
Trash Scan offers web based training upon request. There is also an online library of training videos for Trash Scan at our YouTube Channel.
How long does it take to receive my QR Codes after orders?
Generally the turnaround time for processing orders is no longer than 5 days without shipping time included.
How are customers billed for services?
Customers are billed monthly. Discount available for those who take advantage of our annual payment option.
What platform is the app available on?
The mobile app is available on both Android and iPhone devices.
Can my package be customized if my requirements are between package tiers?
Yes, we customize packages to fit how many properties and user licenses are required.
Do you have packages for startups?
We offer a monthly package which is priced based on number of units.

Can we customize or add a community guidelines?
Yes, you can add your community trash collection guidelines in the property manager portal > Properties tab > click Edit.
How do I edit the violation email template?
You can edit your email template for violations in the property manager portal > Violations tab > Manage Resident Template.
Is there a way to receive notifications?
Yes, you can turn on or off your notifications in the Property Manager portal > Settings > Notification Settings
Can the residents see where you are in the complex or is it only the front office or the business to see where their employees are?
Yes, you can subscribe to Service Alerts then enroll or register your residents to be notified once the trash valets are onsite. Please also inform your Valet Trash company to have this enabled for your property.
How do I update / add the resident information.
You can edit or add your resident information in the Manage Resident tab in your property manager portal.
Do I receive a violation report?
You can request for a violation report from your valet trash admin or check the violation tab in your portal.
